INSIDE THE SKUNKWORKS MACHINE
This book is the full story of Bruce Dickinson's
solo band from 1994-96. The band recorded the Skunkworks and Alive
in Studio A albums, played a now famous show in besieged Sarajevo
and toured the world. The book was written by myself with
contributions from lots of fans, friends and musicians to tell the
full story from all sides. The 375 pages are packed with full colour
photos, interesting insights into the auditions, recordings, songs
and videos with loads of funny road stories along the way.
Customer Reviews
An
amazingly detailed account from Chris Dale and many others who were
there. A real book for the fans, written with the help of the fans.
If you’re an Iron Maiden fan this is a must!

I love
the format of this book, questions from fans and friends, which are
answered by the band members and crew. The book literally takes you
along for the tour, with a lot of insight as to what happens behind
the scenes. Great stories and pictures too. If you are a fan of
Bruce Dickinson and the Skunkworks album, then this is the book for
you.

Wow,
what a story! This is an unparalleled backstage view of exactly what
it means to be in a successful rock band - rehearsing, travelling,
and on-the-road shenanigans. This book is one of the greatest rock
books of its sort ever produced and the pictures are fantastic. Buy
it now!
